| 2007 Homecoming Parade |
| This year's homecoming parade was a smashing success. Thanks to so many who came out on such a nice day to support the Mossville Marching Warriors march down the streets of Chillicothe. Thanks to Jay Miller, Linda Miller, Jeanette Bredeman, Michelle Brian and Amanda Brock for all their help with uniforms and moving equipment down to the parade. It was a crazy day, but appreciated all your help putting this all together. As you can see, many parents helped make this band succeed. |
| Fall Band, Jazz and Choir Concert |
| What a concert!!! The crowd was incredible, all the bands and choir performed extremely well and the entire night was one where we can be proud of what our students do. They worked so hard to make the music the best it can be. Thanks to all the students and parents for making this night a great success. I hope that all those involved can see that music plays a major role in their lives and that music programs need to stay in the schools. I would like to personally thank all the parents that helped tear down equipment and the many that gave words of encouragement. Congratulations to the students and thanks for working so hard on the music. |

| Congratulations to all that made the State of Illinois district bands! These students practiced hard to made the bands. Way to go! These students are among the best junior high musicians in central Illinois.

Daniel Heinz - Trombone - Honors Concert Band The jazz concert will be held at Mendota HS on Saturday, November 3th, 2007. Students participating will receive their music and have received their information packet. The concert band concert will be held on Saturday, November 17h at Augustana College in Rock Island. Students participating have received their music and information packets. |
